Border Shift between 1559 and 1578
The 1559 payroll is the first complete payroll covering both the Croatian and the Slavonian Military Frontier.
The 1578 payroll is the final pre-Diet payroll. It was in 1578 that Pounje and a number of significant fortresses (such as Zrin and Gvozdansko) fell.
